Prenatal Mindfulness & Yoga Series
Over the course of this 6-class series, you’ll learn a variety of movement, breath, and mindfulness techniques to support you physically, mentally, and emotionally throughout your pregnancy. Classes are designed to cultivate a deeper connection to your body and baby, while also providing the opportunity to meet and practice alongside other expecting mothers. In addition to class, you’ll receive an abundance of resources including:
A prenatal yoga practice guide with suggested poses for common pregnancy aches and pains
An overview of three breathing techniques to support labor and delivery
Four recorded guided meditations
Recommendations on essential oil use during pregnancy
Supplementary book and article recommendations to support your practice

Mindful Motherhood Lab Series
The early days and months of parenting can be a wild ride. As you navigate this new chapter with full arms and a full heart, less sleep (and sometimes seemingly less sanity), this series is designed to help you strengthen your mind & body, and cultivate connection with other moms along the way. Mindful Parents & Families Class
Are you interested in learning more about mindfulness and how it can support you and your loved ones? During this 4- week workshop series, you’ll learn what mindfulness really is and some of the growing research behind the practice. You’ll also have the opportunity to practice several mindfulness strategies that you can immediately incorporate into your life and share with your family. Over the course of the series, we’ll focus on the following topics:

Becoming a parent is one of life’s most rewarding gifts. It’s also a roller coaster ride, full of ups and downs— sure to challenge you, while also expanding your heart more than you thought possible.
In a world where the distractions and the daily demands of parenting seem to be growing, it can be challenging to be fully present and offer ourselves and our children the patience and compassion we need.
But mindfulness can make the ride a little easier - leading to greater resilience, awareness, and compassion. Growing research also shows that mindful parenting leads to lower stress for parents and greater mental wellbeing for children.
