Every training opportunity provides relevant research, accessible instruction, and facilitated practice so that you walk away with practical mindfulness tools that you can apply both personally and professionally.

Guided retreats offer leaders and teams the opportunity to step away from the pace of daily work and enter a space for clarity and renewal. Through guided practices and reflection, participants build practical skills for resilience, focus, and well-being – helping them return to work more grounded and present.
Available formats include half, full-day, and 2-day retreats.

Mindfulness has been a transformative part of my life, helping me navigate life’s curveballs and wake up to the everyday miracles around me. While mindfulness hasn’t magically taken away the challenges I’ve encountered while leading teams, parenting, or navigating loss, I’ve found that it provides added clarity and compassion that each of these requires.
My mindfulness journey has included formal training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, yoga, and several other contemplative practices, in addition to participation in multiple silent retreats. This training is integral to my teaching; however, it’s my life experiences as a leader and parent that have put it all to the test — and where I’ve learned the most!
